At Saint Augustine Parish
- Coordinator of Facilities and Maintenance
The Coordinator of Facilities Maintenance works with the Pastor to manage and maintain all the facilities of the parish. General oversite includes maintenance, assisting with planning, capital projects, project management, safety and security of parishioners and employees in the facility, maintenance technicians/contractors.
Qualifications: Demonstrates capability to carry out maintenance and supervisory duties in a timely fashion, utilizing good communication and relationship skills. Maintain a safe environment. Working knowledge and use of a variety of tools, read basic schematics, drawings, and instructive manuals, knowledge of basic construction, maintenance, electrical, and plumbing skills, ability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs, and knowledge of county building codes.
This is a full-time 40 hour position which may include some weekends. The Coordinator will be on call for maintenance emergencies.
